WJP ENGINEERS provided site design services including site layout, stormwater design, surveying and land development plan approvals for several sites at the Highridge Business Park since 1996.

Lowes Regional Distribution Center
Wegmans Distribution Center
ProLogis Site
Jeld Wen Manufacturing Plant
Sara Lee Distribution Center
Gordon Food Services Site

Current projects being completed for the Highridge Business Park include the site design for the proposed Travel Plaza being developed by Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation and Lot 5 Utility Relocation.

LAND DEVELOPMENT

WJP Engineers provides services for development of commercial industrial and residential projects. Service include boundary and topographic surveys, planning and layout; road design; water and sewer system design; stormwater facilities and controls.

Significant development projects completed by WJP Engineers in Schuylkill County include: portions of Norwegian Woods, Chestnut Hill, and various other projects. Commerical Industrial projects included Keystone East, adjacent to the Highridge Business Park and portions of the St. Clair and Deer Lake Industrial Parks.
